Job Summary

The Concur System Administrator is responsible for the administration of Denali Water Solution’s expense management system.  This includes the support and training of the system for all end users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor for unreconciled and/or unapproved expense reports and Corporate Card transactions and work with users to resolve

  • Create and maintain the user's profile upon request from management.

  • Work closely with IT and Concur to maintain, enhance, and/or update the configuration.

  • Support both mobile app and web-based application.

  • Become subject matter expert for expense report processing in SAP Concur

  • Assist with new users training.

  • Submit cases to Concur Support, when needed.

  • Update expense types to ensure proper GL code mapping.

  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong customer service and client relationship building skills

  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes

  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented and demonstrates a "can-do" positive attitude

  • Demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to adapt to an ever-evolving technology landscape




  • 2+ years of Concur support experience required

  • 2 years of accounting experience preferred

  • 2 years of customer service-related experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Other Requirements

  • Some travel may be required.

  • Continuous improvement to Concur efforts may be required
