Global Small Business Organization: The Global Small Business Organization - a division of Merchant Services -- is an innovative leader in serving Small Business clients through banking, payments and lending products and services. We take a client first approach in developing solutions that help our more than 2 million small business customers across the US and Canada to start, run and grow their businesses. We are a leader in the Small Business segment employing innovative product strategies, such as our recent launch of Chase Complete Banking with Quick Accept, partner and software integrations, and leveraging our scale distribution to reach business owners with the products and services they need to run their businesses. The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of our organization. It serves as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business. It is the marketing department's job to create an overarching image that shows our company in a positive light. This department defines and manages the brand, drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, conducts customer and market research, produces marketing and promotional materials, serves as media liaison, creates content, executes paid search and search engine optimization for our website(s), monitors and manages social media channels, oversees external vendors and agencies, and measures the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Marketing strategists develop strategies to align with business objectives and provide thought leadership to drive brand awareness/consideration, new customer growth, engagement and loyalty to meet overall business goals across their lifecycle. Demonstrating deep understanding of client segments and needs, marketing strategists drive, optimize and/or support marketing efforts for client campaigns and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them.
This is a newly created role whose focus will be to identify opportunities for meaningful growth across our SMB acquisition and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a highly experimental and entrepreneurial mindset, and will be comfortable being self-guided while operating in a whitespace environment. This role will also own our SEO strategy.
