Job Description:

As a Client Service Senior Specialist III, you will interface with clients and be a key member of the J.P. Morgan US Wealth Management Digital Middle Office team in our mission to create great client experiences.

Required qualification:


  • FINRA Series 7 required prior to acceptance for this role, in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements
  • Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills, displaying a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base across all 50 states
  • Assist Chase Investment Direct and You Invest clients within inbound/outbound calls with account registration change requests
  • Process ARCR paperwork as received working with Account Maintenance and other Custodial partners in order to complete client requests
  • Conduct client outreach via secure message or telephone for not in good order requests
  • Assist with other areas of the Digital Middle Office as needed to process incoming account transfer and money movement client requests

• Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change.

• Extremely organized and detail oriented, demonstrating working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, etc.
