Job Description:

This position is on the Commercial Banking (CB) Learning team and provides project management support for CB Treasury Training. The candidate will be working closely with CB Treasury Services (TS) Product partners, cross line of business partners. client facing TS employees and the broader CB Learning team to ensure successful execution of Sales and Product training activities.

Responsibilities


  • Support the management of the entire project lifecycle for designated training initiatives
  • Define purpose, roles, tasks, milestones, and deliverables; manage overall project planning
  • Communicate with senior management regarding project progress and decisions; develop effective PowerPoint presentations and project update materials suitable for senior executives
  • Monitor projects on an ongoing basis; evaluate progress, develop issue resolution processes and take appropriate steps for escalation if needed
  • Lead post-implementation review by evaluating project results
  • Identify and recommend best practices and enhancements to be included in standards and procedures for project
  • management
  • Provide analytical support to the CB Learning team related to survey results, training audience, attendance and program metrics

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis; ability to lead and influence project teams
  • Proven ability as a self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, strong decision-making skills and able to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint (including PitchPro) skills to develop presentations for all levels of management
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data including use of Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Strong SharePoint development and maintenance skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior experience working with Commercial Banking sub LOBs and front office sales functions and/or cross function support areas a plus
  • Understanding of Wholesale Payments products and functionality a plus
  • Experience in training and/or readiness activities
  • SharePoint site ownership experience a plus
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Adobe Connect
  • Experience planning both virtual and in-person training programs
