Job Description:

Global Security (GS) protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, guard management, alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, pre-employment screening, fraud and employee investigations.

The Vice President - Business Manager will support the head of Technical Security in the development, implementation, and execution of their business strategy. You will aid in preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as updates to senior management as needed. You will establish, report and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of our strategy. You will support process improvement initiatives and provide project management support at the discretion of the department. You will provide financial planning and analysis expertise and guide the department through establishing and controlling their budget.

    • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze and extrapolate meaning from financial and operational data
    • Logical approach to analyzing and improving business processes
    • Highly organized,detail and control oriented

  • Communications

    • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling the candidate to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various businesses and support functions
    • Background creating visually impactful presentations and using data to tell a convincing story
    • Ability to interact with senior leaders across departments with poise and professionalism

  • Personal Characteristics

    • Capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative, with the ability to prioritize work within a rapidly changing environment
    • Intellectually curious, with a desire to learn and master new functions and processes across a diverse department
    • Aptitude for building consensus, possessing strong influencing and negotiating skills


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years financial services experience
  • Experience in technology development and deployment and/or real estate capital projects a plus
