Job Description:

About This Position: The Marketing Manager within the Customer Marketing Group will have two primary responsibilities - ownership of the Product Change end to end process and the management of portfolio marketing campaign strategy and execution to deliver relevant offers and communications to existing Chase credit card customers. This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for management of the Product Change end to end process which establishes the appropriate oversight and controls for all initiatives that involve a Product Change. The role is also responsible for managing multi-channel marketing campaigns between the Customer Marketing Group, Marketing Innovation, and our Card product teams. They formulate strategy, oversee the development of campaign requirements to support our product strategy, partner with various stakeholders to design and build the marketing program, and deliver flawless marketing execution through digital and print marketing channels.


  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA Preferred
  • 7+ years direct marketing experience, specific credit card marketing experience desired
  • Strong oral, written communications, and presentations skills
  • Client management: ability to drive diverse stakeholders to a common goal
  • Logical, analytical thinker; identifies clear objectives, leverages date to develop strategy
  • Strong problem solver, self-starter, results driven, effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
