JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Lease Admin. will report directly to the Account Director. Under general supervision, support the account team servicing a large global technology account providing a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :


  • Updates the workflow tool with new assignments and assigns to account team members
  • Supports vendor setup for new leases
  • Prepares critical date reports for client or account team members
  • Manages the scanning and filing of paper documents.
  • Archive, index and box lease files for off-site storage
  • Review, scanning and routing of incoming mail
  • Provide Notary services (a plus)
  • Assists Account Director with updates to policy and procedures manual
  • Support Account Director and CRM's, as needed
  • Support account team with the completion of Document Transmittal Form and routing of documents for required signatures
  • May perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS , EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :


  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience to include lease administration and accounting
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional planning and decision making skills are highly desired
  • Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure, and interact positively with various groups of individuals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications
