  • FRONT OFFICE GREETER: Greets all visitors to the companies and directs them to the appropriate person/location.

  • ANSWER PHONE LINES: Represents the companies by answering the main phone line and transferring all calls to the appropriate person/queue. Is the “voice” of the companies.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE: Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the company as needed. Assists the customer care team in any other activities to accomplish the mission and goals of the team. Responsible for gathering, sorting, and preparing all pre-mailers for homeowners and sending out in a timely manner.

  • OFFICE SUPPLIES & MAIL: Responsible for ordering company supplies and keeping office inventory at an acceptable level. 


  • MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry.

  • EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through strong customer service, receptionist, or dedicated phone experience (preferred 2 years minimum). A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Those with prior experience handling logistics, scheduling, and calendars preferred.

  • REQUIREMENTS: Ability to meet the requirements of background check and drug test.
