Full time

Dow Jones is seeking an experienced full-time Compliance Paralegal to join the Dow Jones Legal Department in Princeton.


  • Responding to compliance-related customer inquiries.

  • Monitoring vendors and customers for compliance risks.

  • Compiling quarterly compliance certification reports.

  • Maintaining compliance records including meeting notes and investigation reports.

  • Maintaining compliance-related policies.

  • Assisting with compliance training.

  • Assisting with Code of Conduct inquiries and annual questionnaire process.


* Bachelor's Degree preferred.

* A paralegal certificate.

* At least 3 years of experience as a compliance paralegal at a law firm or corporate legal department.

* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, organizational and follow-up skills.

* Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple demands and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, while working efficiently in a team as well as independently.

* Self-motivated individual who is willing to learn and problem solve, exhibits good judgment, shows attention to detail, and has a positive attitude.

* Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. as well as Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
