What you will do

As an Account Executive, you will be working with one or more strategic account(s) and will be either be global or vertically aligned across our business group. With these strategic accounts there will be high sales quotas and long sales cycles.

Specifically, you will target loss prevention, operational, or information technology leadership within retailers to craft and frame our value propositions to meet customer burdens. The successful candidate will build relationships with customers to find ways to partner in creating effective business solutions.

How you will do it

Build and execute a strategic plan to deliver growth of and within the client & prospect base.

Provide consultative selling to customers:


  • Set operational objectives and deliver actions that have a direct impact on the achievement of results with the job area or within the context of a wider operational area.

  • Identify existing clients that have multi-country potential and create a development path, either through widening their geographic coverage and/or upsell of enhanced solutions.

Meet Financial Commitments:


  • Achieve and exceed the assigned revenue budget.

Deliver excellent customer service solutions to our clients:


  • Ensure effective account planning process is implemented and action plans are executed fully.

  • Develop and execute standard methodology model for engaging with clients to better drive and advise our innovation process.

  • Become a leader with vision to assigned clients.

What we look for

Required


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.

  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience

  • Experience in solution selling methodologies and successful track record of account management, prospecting, presenting, and closing.

  • Experience in selling solutions with an average value of over $500,000

  • Prior results in growing revenue within existing client base

  • Proven relationship building skills at C-Level executives

  • Shown ability to work optimally and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Customer centric personality, high drive, and self-starting experience.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the week, if needed.

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Existing network or experience within the retail industry
