PCS - National is seeking candidates for Midwest Zone Client Advisory Leader.

  • This position manages a department that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Supervisors in Client Relationship Management.

  • Responsible and accountable for successfully managing a team of leaders who have Client Advisory staff reporting into them and the Client Advisors manage books of business and a high-yield team account portfolio. Retention, revenue growth and client satisfaction are key priorities of this team. The client advisory team also includes Insurance Assistants as well.

  • The individual directs growth strategies, solution development and account delegation in the efforts to maintain a portfolio and best assist a team.

What job specific responsibilities will the candidate be performing?

  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding a book of business across the region with high-yield and/or large accounts and meeting personal retention and growth targets and is accountable for a portfolio of a mid-large sized team of service professionals representing a broad region.

  • Advises the industry or region on organization standards and best practices for account retention and expansion including opportunity identification through targeted market research, quantitative and qualitative presentation development and organization political awareness.

  • Develops methodologies for account prioritization and opportunity prioritization as dictated by the external business environment, competitor standing, account relationship status and the internal business strategy.

  • Approves major account delegation decisions leveraging an acute awareness to external market/industry factors, service team capabilities, and cross-functional input and intervenes when conflicts or at-risk status accounts are escalated.

  • Develops and executes a market or industry specific expansion and marketing strategy informed by insights garnered from team members, competitor positioning, and the external and internal business environments to grow the clients portfolio.

  • Ensures service delivery excellence, meeting compliance and audit key performance indicators, while directing and coaching the team to high customer service standards. Experience leading through net promoter scoring methodology to identify trends, inform actions and deliver outcomes above the stated goal.

  • Manages the performance and human capital strategy, including hiring and talent management for a large team

  • Becomes a frequent attendee and participant in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company as a thought leader.

What qualifications are necessary to have for the role?

  • Ten years of relevant experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing a team; this role is a leader of leaders.
