Senior Environmental Project Manager

As a Senior Environmental Project Manager you will manage and implement environmental risk consulting services for our clients. Successful candidates will have 10+ years of well-rounded consulting experience with an emphasis on Environmental Compliance and fluency with Real Estate (Acquisition/Divestment, Due Diligence) and Legacy Risk Management (Corrective Action, Investigations). This position will work in a geographically flexible team environment, supporting clients either directly or managerially through the use of both internal resources as well as through sub-contractors. You will manage all aspects of client interaction including budgeting, labor allocation, work performance, client satisfaction, etc. In addition to managing this work, you will personally provide expert-level consulting services in environmental compliance, real estate risk and legacy risk management. To thrive in this role you must be adept at providing both high-level consulting services, as well as managing the provision of these services. You will manage long-term clients and assist in the development of team members to maintain our high standards. Our client base is global; however, business travel is limited.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Implement scopes of work for clients by both managing the work of others as well as self-performing tasks

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of clients' environmental liabilities and develop risk mitigation strategies

  • Respond to real-time needs for environmental services for long-term clients

  • Interface with regulatory agencies, legal counsel, sub-contractors and the client both in person and online

  • Develop, manage and implement programs for clients oriented around identifying opportunities for improvement related to compliant and cost-effective environmental risk management

  • Work in a collaborative environment with team members in multiple geographies
