Server/Wait Staff

Part Time Hours

The Admiral at the Lake, a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, is looking for a Server to join our Culinary Services Department. In this role you must have the ability to provide personalized services to our residents.

These services include, but are not limited to:

• Providing culinary information for ordering meals


• Taking food orders


• Accurately communicating orders the kitchen


• Presenting and serving orders to residents/guests


• Maintaining dining ambiance


• Completing all pre and post service tasks as assigned

 Qualifications:

• Preferred but not required: 2 years of experience in a high-volume dining establishment


• Knowledge and experience of food sanitation, table service, and healthcare food regulations is a plus


• Computer literacy: POS, MS Office (Word and Excel), internet and email

Competencies:

• Must be organized, accurate, concise and detail-oriented


• Possess ability to demonstrate professionalism


• Can react well under pressure
