YOUR CRITICAL IMPACT:

In this role, your primary responsibilities are to discover consumer insights that help grow the core business andinformsstrategic innovation and marketing initiatives. You will work with a team of human-centric professionals in theCO:LABto provideholisticperspective on your summer project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Work:

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to serve as the consumer champion and voice of the consumer from ZMOT to SMOT leveraging full research ecosystem (big data, social, survey, qualitative, syndicated).

* Design and manageaconsumer researchproject; connect the dots to generate holistic and actionable insights that are grounded in consumer knowledge and guided by a broader understanding of business context.

*Representthe voice of the consumer and shopper and provide valuable perspective.

* Bring together actionable insights and data to tell holistic stories that ensures impact with critical partners to inform key cross-functional communication and decisions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• ASophomore or Juniorstanding in schoolwith requisite educational experience inMarketing or anotherrelevant field




• AGPA of 3.0 or higher




• Awell-roundedskill setincludingstrong time-management, communication, teamwork skills, as well as a proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
