Job Summary


A well-designed support offer portfolio can help companies drive product growth. NetApp is looking for an individual who can understand the portfolio and create enablement content from an outside in view!

* Create and manage overall Sales Enablement efforts related to the Support Offer Portfolio.

o Drive a cohesive set of collaterals/materials for the Field and Partner Portal that correctly define and position the support portfolio, both existing and new.

o Develop service descriptions, data sheets, and product bulletins as required as the support portfolio evolves.

o Drive development of support-specific training materials

o Work with team to ensure plans are moving forward and adjust as needed

* Drive development of support-specific customer and internal presentations for use by the support team.

* Coordination and development of internal Executive-level presentations

* Collaborate with the corporate marketing team and act as SPM's advocate to make sure SPM's needs and wants are being represented in corporate initiatives

o Industry and Corporate events (Insight, Converge, etc)

o Contribute Support related materials to new corporate and product announcements

Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

This is a Remote opportunity that can be located in one of multiple locations in the United States, with the understanding that some other members of the team, and management, are located in varied time zones acrossthe US and Globally. Therefore some "off hours" flexibility will be required as needed.


Job Requirements



  • Ability to gather content and createand articulate communications that highlight service offerings and the value they bring.

  • Experience creating decks that effectively tell our story - Strong PowerPoint skills

  • EXCELLENT Command of the English language is imperative, including top-notch writing skills

  • Managing aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.

  • Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program. Translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.

  • Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.

  • Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.

  • You are an individual withthe relevant background and applicable experience that enables you to quickly become a proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects.


Education


Typically requires a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6-8 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent combination of applicable education/certifications/training and relevant professional work experience.

If the Company determines this role will be performed in Colorado, the starting salary for this position is [[approximately $129,000]]. This role could be eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), Company bonus, and Employee stock purchase plan *. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors such as location, qualifications, certifications, relevant work experience and other factors, consistent with applicable law.
