This position is to review, recommend and process all donation requests from our internal and external customers and non-profit organizations – including coordinating resources to ensure approved requests are supported as approved. This position also coordinates all community focused events and opportunities, acting as a central contact for the division. This position also assists the Community Relations (CR) manager with managing the manager’s calendar (meetings, events, speaking engagements, travel, etc.) and researches, creates and provides initial analysis on reporting – including gathering the data, ensuring its accuracy and creating summaries to help maximize the efficiency of the department.
High school diploma, or equivalent
At least 1 year working in a customer-facing role at a Publix store or customer service-oriented place of business
Must have a strong desire to serve others
Must be willing to travel on occasion and a willingness to work overtime when necessary
ability to work and communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization as well as customers
excellent verbal and written communication skills
proficiency of Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
ability to create reports and graphs
accurate computer typing skills (35-45 wpm)
ability to work independently and productively
ability to work remotely via a secure internet connection as needed
ability to work under deadlines and handle a high volume of work accurately

At least 3 years working in a customer-facing role at a Publix store or customer service oriented place of business
AA or AS degree in Communications (Public Relations), English or Business preferred
