Located in the heart of World Golf Village, Westminster St. Augustine is currently accepting applications for the position of RAL Admissions Coordinator to work on a full-time basis. As part of the Sales Team, this individual will be responsible for internal and external sales and occupancy of the Residential Assisted Living and in certain circumstances Health Center.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

The RAL Admissions Coordinator position must comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities including:


  1. Manage the communities RAL’s sales process and provides customers with community related information via personal visits/assessments and follow-up.

  2. Responsible for meeting or exceeding company sales metrics, meeting with prospective new residents through inquiries & closing tour process, including external community partners and referral sources. RAL Admissions Coordinator will focus (with the team) on providing the resident and family with all necessary information to achieve optimal satisfaction and customer relations.

  3. Must be able to manage own schedule and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

  4. Must be able to independently initiate steps toward problem resolution in an efficient and effective manner.

  5. Responsible for regular communications with the Director of Sales, Executive Director, Regional Sales Director, and Health Center management team as to bed availability as appropriate.

  6. Responsible for ensuring all sub-acute and Return to Home referrals are communicated with in a timely and appropriate manner with the goal of converting them to RAL depositors.

  7. Ensures company expectations for follow up on all tours, leads, and open inquiries are completed in a timely manner.

  8. Ensures the admission packet is completed by incoming resident or responsible party and executed by the Executive Director and/or the by the Heath Services Administrator.

  9. Responsible for external marketing to referral sources including but not limited to hospitals, physicians, future residents, family members and the community.

  10. Must maintain accurate data input and lead management software (REPS) on a daily basis.

  11. Must be able to participate in creating the strategic RAL marketing and sales plan.

  12. Must be able to implement the and mange the strategic marketing and sales plan.

Reporting Responsibilities and Minimum Standards:


  1. Complete Weekly Lead Status and Available Inventory Update

  2. Minimum of 3 Sales per month

  3. Minimum of 8 connected prospective resident calls per day

  4. Minimum of 2 connected referral source calls per day

  5. Minimum of 5 prospective resident appointments per week

  6. Minimum of 3 referral source appointments per week

  7. Implement and fulfill the following as part of the strategic sales and marketing plan:

  8. 3 Quarterly family/prospect lead generating referral events/efforts

  9. 1 Quarterly professional referral source lead generating event/effort

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in health related field or marketing with at least two years experience.

Experience: Minimum one year experience in health care marketing and/or Assisted Living sales, case management or long term care. Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care protocols in a long term care market preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements: Fingering, Standing, Grasping, Pushing, Lifting up to 25 lbs, Climbing, Reaching, Driving a car.

Sensory and communicative activities with or without prosthetics of this position are: Feeling, Smelling, Hearing, Speaking, Seeing, Tasting

An individual in this position will be exposed to: Inside/Outside environmental conditions, Blood borne pathogens (low risk), Respiratory pathogens

Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress of this position.
