Single Barrel Coordinator

Role Responsibilities
Primary responsibility to support Barrel Program Manager for JBBDCo., El Tesoro, MMPS and emerging new single barrel brands.
PO timing and acquisition with commercial teams
Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness and working with field teams on incomplete orders
Updates to policy docs, sell sheets, and training materials
Regional reporting to GBU's
Monthly monitoring of KCSB allocations
Management of allocation shifts and trades within allocation system software
Support BPM in training & onboarding commercial teams to Single Barrel
Drafting communications to commercial teams
Review of label customization for compliance
Secondary responsibility to support Clermont Single Barrel Team and Barrel Program Manager on ETSB Sample Kit deployment & tracking
Engage with Clermont Team on sample availability
Assist in determining timing & resources to fulfil sample kit orders
Work with BPM and ET RBM Team to facilitate solutions to special cases, problems, delays, etc.
General Responsibilities:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines and last-minute requests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented & takes ownership of the details - each order's accuracy is critical to success
Strong analytical ability; experienced with Excel data a plus
Independent thinking; comfortable providing recommendations supported by fact-based rationale
Outstanding ability to work with others; effective and concise communication with a multitude of roles within Beam Suntory is required
Qualifications & Experience
Education- Bachelor's Degree
Years of experience- 1-2 years
Industry experience- At least 1-2 years of experience with the 3-tier system preferred
Travel - None/minimal
