The Position:
The Senior Robotic Machine Operator will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor. They will perform multiple tasks using a variety of general and specialized equipment.  Typical equipment used consists of Fanuc Robots, Cincinnati Press equipment, Specialized/ Automated Tooling, both pneumatic and electric hand-held tools, as well as general manufacturing equipment.  The Senior Robotic Machine Operator is responsible for the successful fabrication of various Upper Coupler Parts/Assemblies.

Requirements:
•    3+ years of experience in operating a laser/plasma/water jet machining
•    CNC laser experience is required
•    Basic automated machine knowledge required
o    Electrical circuitry, pneumatic circuitry, various I/O devices, and mechanical aptitude
•    Perform tasks in a manner in which they meet or exceed required production level
•    Press Brake Experience (Cincinnati, AccuPress)
•    Robot experience preferred (Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, Kuka)
•    A favorable background screening, drug screening, and proof to work in the United States is required for employment

Responsibilities
•    Ability to read blueprints, tape measure, and other measuring devices.
•    Properly set Automated Cincinnati Equipment according to work order/schedule.
•    Loads raw materials, parts, etc. into the Automated Machinery.  May include the use of an overhead crane, forklift, hand/powered carts or carrying            materials by hand.
•    Conducts initial startup on the machines, adjusting setting on controls, ensuring that the product meets specifications and quality standards based on        blueprint, accurately confirming the dimensions and tolerances. 
•    Laser Operator must inspect his/her product as instructed by standard operating procedures.
•    Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
•    Adhere to all Safety requirements.
•    Manage multiple laser operations, providing guidance and solutions to Laser Operators.
•    Use advanced problem solving skills.
•    Performs other routine duties as needed.
