Here's your opportunity:
Under the direction of the Value Stream Manager, support daily manufacturing operations to meet customer requirements. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects and/or activities, and safe working conditions throughout the manufacturing operation.

Here's how you'll contribute:

Interfaces directly with the manufacturing shop employees to clarify questions on drawings and designs and helps troubleshoot problems on special orders or production products. Also, support all floor activities (i.e. tooling purchases, kan ban set up, maintenance requirements, process failure).*
Develops and implement projects and/or activities, process control plans, new product and process launch*
Establish labor standards, develop product costing and design manufacturing processes*
Utilizes Bradley Operating Systems tools and methodologies to drive improvements using data to achieve measureable results*
Supports new product and launch processes while also supporting continuous improvement activities
Provide coaching and mentoring for engineering staff and technicians
Assist with developing Capital budget and implementing new equipment purchases
Provide information for cost estimates and project justification as it supports the strategic plan
Support continuous improvement across multiple functions and departments
Train support staff and shop employees to assure all manufacturing processes are followed
May direct skilled tradesmen and/or technicians
Perform other duties as assigned
