What do you get to do in this position?

• Responsible to receive the Distribution Requirement Planning from all LOB's , Challenge it's accuracy , Animate DRP meeting with all LOB (Active Participation in SIOP Step 3) and finally upload the forecast in SAP with corrections.
  
  


• Animate Monthly MPP in the plant with the other functions like Methods, Production, Supply chain, etc. & is lead by Plant Manager.
  
  


• Capture & implement MPP meeting decisions (FC corrections, Inventory anticipation, etc) and upload the forecast no's in SAP.
  
  


• Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : CLO, MOQ, LOQ, shipment frequency, Stocking policy at DC's...).
  
  


• Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to SPS rules and update internal stock (Kanban) parameters in collaboration with SC performance.
  
  


• Actively participate in decisions on plant capacity with Q-dashboard tool (both short term & long term on buy or make decision)
  
  


• Support SC performance leader to implement any new tool & its performance.(like Q-Simulation, ZMF03 -Epops, MES, etc)
  
  


• For Existing Offers, Participate in plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time with SC performance & methods.
  
  


• Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at plant level - BOL, AC2, NOR, OTA (On Time Availability), Avg. LT
  
  


• Responsible for Downstream KPI's - Downstream forecast accuracy, MPP
  
  

This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Industrial Engineer or according
  
  


• Experience of at least 4-5 years in Planning Materials, Procurement & Purchasing.
  
  


• Fluent in English
  
  


• Desirable to have experience with SAP
  
  


• Skills: Proactive, results driven, team work, urgency sense, leadership.
