Maintains building appearance by painting corridors, offices, apartments, and other areas including outside areas when needed. Most of the time will be spent inside one of our four buildings completing sheetrock repairs, spackling, taping, and painting.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Must have basic working knowledge of related trades-crafts, Painting and Sheetrocking.


• 3+ years of commercial and or residential painting experience.


• Must be able to communicate effectively with our staff of maintenance, as well as our vendors, suppliers, and contractors.


• Must be an extremely well-organized and detail-oriented professional with a high emphasis on the ability to communicate and follow-up on tasks through completion.
