Do you have demonstrated experience launching omni-channel campaigns across web, email, and paid media?


If you can envision yourself executing and analyzing digital marketing programs in the Smart Home Security (B2C) and Business Security (B2B) spaces, you could be our next Digital Marketing Manager.


Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, Vector Security is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing initiatives that align with overarching Marketing department goals. This person is responsible for attracting relevant consumers online with the goal of improving brand recognition, building trust, and ultimately driving purchase intent.


Main Responsibilities:



  • A key stakeholder that helps to make decisions with internal team & partner agency to focus on digital growth through organic search and paid media efforts.

  • Understands best practices in SEO, Digital Advertising, Web Design/Experience, Social Media, Marketing Automation, and CRM Management.

  • Oversees CRM lead flow (DICE/Salesforce) & campaign configuration for all corporate websites under the Vector Security portfolio.

  • Collaborates with internal teams and Web Development partner to optimize user experiences across all corporate websites.

  • Manages the monthly reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities and compares the results against key performance indicators and historical data.

  • Manages company-wide social media presence & programs with intentions to grow an engaged following.

Experience

Required

  • 3 - 5 years: Paid and Organic Social Media Knowledge & Trends, Website User Experience and Customer Journey Knowledge

  • 3 - 5 years: Basecamp (or similar PM tools), Social Media Management Software, Email Marketing & Automation Software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)

  • 3 - 5 years: Facebook Business Manager, Google Marketing Tools (Analytics, Ads, Data Studio, etc.)

  • 3 - 5 years: Knowledge & experience in platforms such as WordPress (or similar CMS)

Education

Required
  • Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field
