Essential Functions:

·       Work to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

·       Function as technical liaison between Voyant and customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Translate customer specifications into internal specification format for use by operations.

·       Ensure all documentation is properly routed for disposition.

·       Coordinate documentation change-control for the site.

·       Maintain files for customer and company manuals.

·       Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.

·       Create specification books for each SKU including weight, torque, label placement,
pallet pattern and pictures.

·       Coordinate sample requirements for new/changing products with Operations.

·       All other duties as assigned. 

Education/Training Required:

·       Technical Associates Degree or equivalent in experience and training.

·       At least 1 year experience of documentation, quality or related field in a manufacturing
environment.

·       Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Adobe.

Special Requirements:

·     Knowledge of establishing and controlling manual and electronic filing systems.

·       Must have good organizational skills.

·       Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of QA Concepts helpful.
