The role of the Risk Consulting Technical Support Manager is to assist various team members of the Risk Consulting Technical Team with regards to all systems, processes, workflows, projects and strategies utilized to fully execute all functions within Risk Consulting. Achieving this will require collaboration with other business units within Chubb Personal Risk Services and a full understanding of the vision of risk consulting and its function within Chubb Personal Risk Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Technical Resource Manager and Technical Operations manager to maintain system integration points and perform troubleshooting with Information Technology and technology vendors. Maintenance of systems valuation databases.
Provide technical support to internal staff via internal risk consulting help desk mailbox and telephone line
Initiate/maintain risk consulting technical system issues/fixes log of tickets
Assist in system enhancement and design with the Technical Resource Manager
Perform system configuration enhancements including: forms, generic fields, authority rule changes, sign-off rule changes, role permission edits, online inspection scheduling updates, etc.
Provide general iPad support including testing and updates to iOS, testing and communicating of App changes and updates, and troubleshooting issues reported to the risk consulting help desk
Assist Chubb Personal Risk Services IT testing team in develop test plans and regression test support for fixes and enhancements to system programs
Manage and execute user testing of system fixes and enhancements providing support during and immediately after production releases
Work with all business units and regional leadership within risk consulting to maintain reports for production, large loss, water intrusion, or other services that may need assistance in reporting
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years work management experience with a focus towards an IT technical support capacity and high net worth personal lines insurance experience
RISKID / LC360 experience desired
Strong interest in and aptitude towards working with new technology
Strong client service and problem solving skillset with a solution oriented mentality
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Effective working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of business products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint along with Windows and IOS operating systems
Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently on an assignment of moderate to high complexity
Demonstrated meeting facilitation and project management skills
