The following position is open in Clermont, KY., - JBBDCo Manager of VIP Experiential Programming and Education

You'll collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams and external vendors/partners to create best in class learning and VIP hospitality experiences.

• Create the best-in-class VIP visitor experience, elevating James B Beam Distilling Co. as a leader in delivering custom spirit experiences for VIP and trade partners and building meaningful brand connections with consumers
• Executional excellence in the performance of these educational programs
• Elevate and maintain educational excellence amongst all ambassadors in the tour program from consumers to VIP's

Role Responsibilities

• Problem solver focused on issue mitigation and resolution - from field sales to supply chain
• Clear understanding of roles and responsibilities for all parties involved in the FBN Distillery and TYO program
• Enhanced "White Glove" customer experience from booking to departure
• Adequate scheduling and management to maximize available tour bookings via calendar maintenance
• Continuance education within all areas of the tour program from consumer to trade

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years successful operations and marketing experience in the Spirits industry
• Highly energetic and motivating person - capable of building and championing Beam Suntory's VIP hospitality vision.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely strong communication (written and oral)
• PC application proficiency in the areas of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PPT and Word.
• Understanding of spirits industry business acumen including knowledge of the three-tier system.
• Proven self-starter with a track record of driving results.
• 15% travel as required - including continuing education and international travel to other BSI facilities

• Education- College Degree Required
• Certifications/Licensure- None, Spirits Qualifications Preferred (CSS, WSET, IBD, etc.)
• Years of experience- 5
