The Technical Business Analyst works to identify and define requirements for, and participate in, the implementation of technology to exploit opportunities and improve business processes and systems. 


Main Responsibilities:



  • Seek out areas within the organization where the use of technology can create opportunities to improve business processes, tools, and systems

  • Identify and document strategies to alter existing processes which will create efficiencies, reduce downtime, reduce errors, and or increase cohesion between existing processes and systems for the benefit of employees and customers.

  • Complete approved smaller projects, tasks, and documentation including technical components as appropriate. Complete individual and team assignments related to larger projects and tasks.

  • Advance enterprise solutions, applications, and business processes through upgrade and patch management, configuration, data transformation, business process change, and reporting.

  • Provide high level technical support for enterprise applications and solutions. Communicate with vendors, end-users, and lower-level support teams to resolve reported issues.

  • Assist in planning, development, testing, conversions, and support related new enterprise applications in the organization.

  • Work with teams within the department to advance their goals as it relates to systems with shared components and responsibility.

Key Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline with an IT focus or equivalent years of progressive experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in business/systems analyst or similar position managing and working on projects including interaction with end-users and customers.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Ability to understand business impact and prioritize issues/projects.

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 including security roles, processes, entity & form management and wave release testing/management with focus on the following functional areas: Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Marketing, Power App Portals, and Sales.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server and related services, Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
