Primary Job Functions:

Basic Job Functions:

The Content and Creative Services Specialist will be responsible for project management, customer service and communication and supporting the production of Creative Services work. The Specialist will be accountable for:


  • Supporting the creative process by gathering project requirements and information up front, scheduling design reviews, setting agendas, gathering feedback, and facilitating production

  • Prioritizing incoming requests, establishing timelines and milestone to ensure delivery goals are met for all creative projects, while providing ongoing visibility in to progress

  • Providing regular status updates on projects and campaigns, identifying production concerns and adjusting plans accordingly

  • Ensuring creative deliverables adhere to brand identity and company standards

  • Working with agencies and marketing team to create highly effective content and collateral

  • Maintaining library of graphic and brand assets

  • Creating content and graphics for email marketing and social media campaigns

  • Managing the editing and updates of corporate, product and regional collateral and website

  • Develop and manage relationships with outside vendors;

    The candidate will:




  • Embrace project management and systems thinking with a creative approach to design and problem-solving

  • Be customer/audience focused with a deep understanding of customer service and communication

  • Be creative and detail-oriented, working with vendors and agencies to keep projects on time and under budget

  • Be data driven and able to own and refine processes to increase quality of work and efficiency



Experience:    


  • 3+ years of professional experience working in a fast-paced creative and/or production environment

  • Experience managing and setting schedules for creative production

  • Understanding of and presence in social media

  • Experience with print, photo, video and/or digital production, and a strong desire to learn more

  • Proven track record of your ability to handle multiple priorities at a high capacity

   

Education:

  • BA/BS or equivalent


Required Skills/Competencies:


  • Familiarity with and strong appreciation for the creative process, including tools of the trade (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and what designers, copywriters, and videographers need to create great work

  • Strong understanding and passion for digital marketing (social media, web, SEO, content management, apps, email marketing, emerging technologies)

  • Experience with marketing automation tools a plus

  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with digital asset management platforms and best practices a plus

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills



Essential Responsibilities:


  • Set schedules and manage projects from conception through completion

  • Serve as an internal client interface gathering project requirements and reporting on project status

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, multimedia content and website edits

  • Creative ideation

  • Work with agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of work

  • Support the creation of email and social graphics

  • Keep existing collateral up-to-date and posted to internal information hubs

  • Maintain creative content libraries
