What will your role be?

As a Project Manager, you will hold a variety of responsibilities to meet the needs of a variety of clients. This could include managing the production of CGI assets, working with the client and agencies, if needed, to establish processes and best practices for the execution of our client's digital asset needs. You will deliver internal and external professional excellence. You will be flexible and comfortable to pivot from standard to complex CGI deliverables including 3D solutions. AR/VR, customized software solutions and online product configurators. In this position, you are accountable to deliver all projects in time, budget and quality. Aside from customer projects, you will be supporting PMO (Project Management Office) with the implementation of operational changes. Such initiatives cover a wide range of internal strategic topics with a single aim to enhance our operations. In that role, you will, in alignment with PMO, understand the challenge at hand and support management, hands-on, with the definition and implementation.

The challenges ahead

Pre-sales support

• Provide support during presales as such as assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk management.


• Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW).

Project Management

• Understand program structure, launch plan and timing, and global program ownership.


• Advocate PMO Processes and Methodologies


• Manage and provide guidance to the project team. Contribute to central knowledge base / documentation. Create and manage program plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of Model year.


• Work collaboratively and with integrated team to deliver on projects


• In charge of project P&L: Drive all associated activities & resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and scheduling criteria. Synthesize information for reports as needed for leadership and working team


• Provide guidance and support during execution of change management activities


• Ensure maximum reuse of existing best practices, Establish appropriate actions and plans to guarantee confidentiality and IP protection,


• Optimize resource utilization on the scope of the project


• Align teams to help ensure alignment of goals and to help resolve conflicting priorities


• Work with internal/external parties to meet timing and other project needs

Your key success factors?

• Services & consulting experience


• Bachelor degree


• Understanding of CG technology or CG methods


• Affinity for digital models as in marketing or marketing intiative


• 5+ years experience in consulting / program management activities
