To assure all operations of Centers identified within area of responsibility are running effectively in partnership with the Regional Field Manager with a focus on corporate plicy and procedure compliance for all Center personnel, inventory control and reporting, P&L maintenance and customer satisfaction. Equipment Service Technician, Service Coordinator, Equipment Coordinator, Showroom Coordinator and Customer Service personnel positions will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager. Additional responsibilities include full utilization of the Everest System which also involves training and development of new Center personnel and cross-training of job functions with existing Center personnel
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintains full responsibility for coordination of equipment sales and service process, ensuring that all Center TSM's are working together as a team to provide maximum customer satisfaction
Works directly with Equipment, and service Coordinators within each Center location.
Open communication
Develop system for Center reporting (issures, activities, updates, etc.)
Assure timely submission of Service Technician paperwork
OSHA compliance
Visits each Center minimally one time per month
Assures all corporate policy and procedure compliance of all Center personnel
Full utilization of Everest System:
Intense training with full applications assessment required.
Includes training of new Center personnel (assess training ability).
Inventory control and with ability to analyze reporting for submission to corporate headquarters.
Review / identify reporting requirements
Timely submission (monthly / quarterly)
Maintenance of Center P&L. Responsibility shared with Regional Field Manager.

Qualifications
Experience:
Minimally ten years of prior Dental experience
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Word, Excel, Access and computer skills Dental Product purchasing experience
Other:
College Education or relevant job experience
