Job Summary : Should be able to perform SDET activities for the assigned project and should be able to drive transformational activities for the account 

Shift : Normal shift

Roles & Responsibilities :

Associate should have the following skills:

Must have working experience in Agile practices and processes

Must have working experience in Cypress  Selenium  Core Java and should have implemented BDD Practices with in th e project being worked

 Must have experience in implementing strong testing process

Should drive automation solutions for the LoB / account and should be able to deliver optimization and transformation levers

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Should be customer interfacing and manage stakeholders

Proactive in Project monitoring and controlling practices

Should be able to lead a team

Should have insurance domain knowledge

Should have minimum of 6 - 10 years of testing experience

Demand requires Travel? : No

Certification(s) Required : Good to have Selenium  Core Java
