Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual to expand our residential security sales in our Minnesota area market. The successful candidate is someone who is motivated and determined to expand his\/her sales career and salary potential by selling Arvig security system products and services to new and established residential customers.

On a daily basis you will prospecting for new business, gathering information about customer needs, presenting Arvig solutions and closing the sale. With over 800 employees in five states, Arvig is an employee owned, rapidly growing broadband company with exponential career growth opportunities.

You need to have:

• Associates degree in sales marketing, business or related; or equivalent experience



• 3 years of sales experience, preferably in residential or B2C sales



• Experience with building and managing a book of business, including customer retention



• Demonstrated knowledge of how to handle sales objectives



• Excellent customer service skills



• Ability to work outdoors during weather conditions



• Ability to take initiative and generate results



• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record is a must

• Understanding of internet, cable and phone services



• High energy, drive, and a positive approach to life



• Excellent analytical and organizational skills



• Strategic prospecting skills
