This role, supporting the Beer Division’s Supply Chain, will partner with the Transportation, Inventory Planning, Customer Management, and Operations teams to provide financial insight into business performance and to support the decision-making process for strategic initiatives. Specific areas of contribution include cost savings projects, contract negotiations, and capital expenditures as well as ad hoc project support.
Responsibilities
Assist with all Supply Chain team initiatives, including problem identification, data analysis, proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, execution, and evaluation
Partner with Transportation, Inventory Planning, Customer Management, and Operations teams to provide financial analysis and decision support for contract negotiations, capital expenditure projects and cost saving/productivity initiatives
Create standardized financial models to ensure projects are accurately and consistently valued
Support innovation process by partnering with Marketing and Innovation Finance teams to provide requested inputs for stage gate process
Support cost management process by assisting in ideation, quantification, assessment and tracking of productivity projects
Lead creation, production, and distribution of stakeholder management reporting
Generate post-launch analysis and communicate best practices and lessons learned
Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional departments and management as requested
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance/Accounting), Economics or STEM.
Eight to twelve years of relevant professional experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Power Query/Pivot, Xlookup, Thinkcell)
SAP S4 HANA & BPC experience required

Strong financial acumen and demonstrated analytical/problem solving ability

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Physical Requirements: Requires the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. It also requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other equipment, reading, talking and hearing for extended periods of time.
Travel Required: Must be flexible in work style and schedule: travel up to 20%.
