Overview

The St Louis Fed's Information Technology Division is looking for a dynamic Asset Management Analyst. As our Asset Management Analyst, you will report to a Manager and oversee tracking and managing the purchase and disposition of hardware and software assets. Additionally, you will be involved in different assignments such as data analysis, reporting, and support of several IT teams to achieve department goals.

Responsibilities


  • Manage the Technology Asset Management (TAM) System, which includes the Bank's asset inventory for technology hardware and software.

  • Maintain and report on all IT assets throughout the asset life cycle.

  • Provide oversight for managing all bank hardware and licensed software assets.

  • Coordinate the collection and distribution of all bank technology assets.

  • Audit, validate, and reconcile hardware and software assets against the installed asset base.

  • Prioritize requests, orders and projects to meet service level agreements and delivery dates.

  • Review team monthly documentation that is sent to Financial Management and Senior Leadership.

  • Support the IT lifecycle management plan for all equipment, hardware, and software within scope.

  • Coordinate monthly purchase card documentation.

  • Liaison between departments and Desktop & Technology Services.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.

  • 2+ years of related professional work experience.

  • Energetic and results-driven demeanor needed to work in a professional and fun environment.

  • Self-starter and a creative and innovative thinker with strong organizational skills.

  • Customer focus and ability to work in cross-departmental teams.

  • Interest in and general knowledge of technology tools, concepts, and environments.

  • Travel (5%)
