Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist I plays an essential role in providing onsite implementation of award-winning products to clients in the healthcare, government and enterprise industries. This position requires frequent travel within the U.S. and Canada, good project and time management skills, and excellent communication skills to represent the leading interpretation company in the world. The right candidate is organized, self-disciplined and highly motivated to be a part of a global team that creates transformation and meaningful experiences for our clients.

Essential Job Functions


  • The Implementation Specialist I is responsible for coordinating and leading small, non-complex implementation projects


  • Works with external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions


  • Supports the business continuity of the Company and LLS clients as an essential worker


  • Conducts basic client research to understand the client


  • Attends and provide support in meetings


  • Assists in evaluating client needs and reporting on them to assist in the development of plans that support business processes


  • Keeps track of and documents all client implementation activities in SalesForce


  • Executes the agreed implementation plan with client


  • Drafts implementation plans and reports in PowerPoint, Excel and Word


  • Provides support with ordering materials and equipment in Salesforce


  • Provides support in checking equipment and material delivery


  • Inventories, installs, tests and troubleshoots equipment in the field


  • Provides training and end-user support (onsite or remotely) during the implementation process and completes proper documentation


  • Supports by being a field lead to track inventory, work completed and identify follow-up needs. Also responsible for maintaining an organized staging area, by handling trash disposal, and managing any old equipment


  • Participates in special projects as assigned


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree preferred, requires 0 to 2 years of related experience


  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Basic project management skills


  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail


  • Good public speaking and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends to accommodate customer needs and requests


  • Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills


  • Good follow-up skills; the ability to understand and develop the "big picture"; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of ownership


  • Self-motivated, self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented


  • Knowledge of the interpretation and translation industry preferred


  • Work experience in the healthcare industry preferred


Physical Activities


  • Constantly talking and moving to provide hands-on training and demonstration of equipment


  • Walking, standing, kneeling and bending while onsite at customer locations to prepare, deploy and install equipment


  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds


Other Requirements


  • Travel by plane and/or car is required up to 85%


  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record


  • Must have a valid US passport and/or Permanent Resident Card


  • Ability to work in hospital's clinical and support areas, by interacting with staff and installing interpreting equipment in the hospital premises including patients' rooms


  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to N95 masks, as prescribed by the client and local agencies


  • Must be able to comply with mandatory health screening requirements, in addition to other rules and regulations, as prescribed by the client and local agencies


  • Must be able to receive booster shots and vaccinations, including but not limited to the COVID-19 vaccination, as prescribed by the client and local agencies
