 The Senior Sourcing Manager will manage, negotiate, monitor and source vendor contracts/sub-contracts.

 Key Roles and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:

• Provides interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations

• Negotiates contract modifications, follow-up quotations, revisions, terms and conditions with vendors

• Responsible for the review and administration of long-term and/or blanket purchase contracts

• Responsible for commercial contract issues, negotiations and/or administration of licensing agreements including renewal, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations

• Administers contracts in accordance with company and customer policies and procedures, provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents and reviews and evaluates customer requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company

• Assists in the development of long and short-term objectives to ensure that programs and efforts are directed toward achieving company goals

• Initiates corrective action to assure objectives are met

• Assists in the establishment and administration of unit policies, procedures and systems

• Participates in the development of goals and budgets for area of responsibility including driving portions of key Supply Chain projects

• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

• Exercises judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and helping to drive contract/strategic sourcing techniques for completion of key projects

Education: Preferred bachelors degree and or 5 years or more experience in field.

Experience: Typically 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in field and or certification may be required.

Supervisory: No.

 Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
