What you can expect in this role:

Talent Marketing is a constantly moving target.  You should not just expect your goals and projects to change frequently, you should encourage it.  What worked in recruiting last year, is not going to connect us with the right candidates today. 

  • Create talent marketing strategies from conception to deployment – we are a full-service shop and our big ideas can become reality because we know how to design the creative, work with stakeholders, understand the needs of the business and roll out our work at the right time to make the biggest impact. 
  • Partner across the business - this is a big organization; internal business partners are interested in what we do because they know it directly impacts their bottom line. Working together as effective leaders is not just an aspect of this job, it is key to one of AT&T’s cultural pillars to win as one.
  • Work with vendors – staying current in the latest marketing technologies and trends is critical, working with vendors/agencies to collaborate and direct strategic efforts keeps us fast and current.

What you will bring to AT&T:

  • Ready to lead – this is an individual contributor role, but we are expected to be ready to manage full cycle programs and responsibilities.
  • Talent Marketing experience including the design and execution of creative content and communications – you are more than just an effective communicator, you are thinking about how you can influence whether it be live contact, written, in our social spaces or presenting to senior leaders.
  • You have mastered the pivot – working across all business channels and with a variety of technologies and opportunities is a recipe for competing priorities. You’ll work cohesively between unrelated responsibilities with equal attention and energy.
  • Helping people find jobs is important work – staying informed on trends and educated on the work of Talent Attraction keeps you sharp and connects you with other like-minded individuals.
