Working as a Sales Operations Lead, you will be responsible for execution of strategy and program execution while driving sales metrics, training and coordination of events with sales teams.

  Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide management leadership of staff involved in a variety of sales support activities with customers and outside relationships with vendors and affiliates
  • Provide project management function for tactical projects to improve near term results and attain revenue targets
  • Utilize staff to analyze key issues raised by executive management

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years experience supporting sales or a sales organization
  • Ability to adhere to budget constraints
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge

  • The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds during event set up.
    • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
 Desired Qualifications:
  • Three or more years experience supporting sales or a sales organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Administration
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
