Position Responsibilities:

•           Experience creating web applications in PHP

•           Familiarity debugging / profiling PHP code

•           Experience customizing/implementing features in Magento

•           Installation/configuration/customization of commercial/open source Magento Extensions

•           Experience with MySQL/MariaDB

•           Linux System Administration

•           Understanding package installation/upgrading

•           Understanding how to locate and interpret logs

•           Experience with front-end JavaScript

•           NPM Ecosystem

•           Reactive Component Libraries (such as React/Vue)

•           Strong communication skills to be able to coordinate with the team

•           Author / interpret tickets / bug reports

•           Create documentation for systems/features

•           Experience with git and git-based workflows

•           Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP Ecosystem

•           Experience with Kubernetes-based software deployments

•           Basic concepts

•           How to obtain logs

•           How to determine heath of deployed services

•           Assisting blocked team members

Key Qualifications:

15+ years overall web development experience

• Expertise in Magento2 Enterprise platform; Knowledge of other enterprise e-commerce solutions a plus; Industry knowledge of e-commerce and web, B2B and B2C;

• Understanding of Magento's code structure and extension architecture; Experience in the migration from Magento 1 to 2; Ability to estimate the level of effort and resources required to deliver technical solutions;

• Strong skills in MYSQL. Familiar with technologies including XML, web services, JQuery; Strong knowledge of e-Commerce data organization and relationships; Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, CSS, Modules, i.e., API integration

• Experience building API”s that will integrate with all majors ERP, CRM, and other systems.

• Exposure to large projects for enterprise clients.

• Experience in Development Tools – PHPunit, Eclipse, Xdebug, and NetBeans

• Experience of DevOps – Docker, Jenkins , GIT , elastic search with CI/CD

• Knowledge of Monitoring & Testing Tool like Kibana, Karma would be a Plus

• Exposure to Caching Mechanism and Performance improvement
