What we look for....

Ciox Health is looking for a HR Generalist that performs Human Resources related duties at a professional level and may carryout responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas, employee relations, benefits, and training. The HR Generalist will be employee relation focused and bring with them a collaborative solution-based process. The HR Generalist will work within a very close-knit team that allows for collaboration and group think to provide the best possible solutions.

Responsibilities

What you will do....

    Be the expert at employee relations by creating a line of communication that shows support for both employee and leadership
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies and procedures, state and federals laws and regulations.

  • Review and assists managers in drafting corrective action, performance improvement, and termination documentation as requested

  • Assists with employee complaints and grievance through the relevant procedures to secure the most beneficial outcome for both the employee and Ciox Health

  • Create and/or facilitate various training events for management and associates.

  • Assist with job descriptions for new and existing positions and perform compensation analysis for different jobs

  • Assists with EEOC/DOL claims and any other claims filed against the company, including gathering historical employment data and company data

  • Assist with OSHA / Safety initiatives for the various offices and manage safety program for all regions assigned

  • Works with management on promotions and staff changes to ensure proper documentation is received and work with the HR Data Processing team to ensure changes are processed in the payroll system

  • Passionate and flexible, team player with the ability to make sound decisions and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

What you need to be successful....


  • 2-4 years' experience in Human Resources Management

  • 1+ years' experience with employee relations is required for this role

  • 1-2 years in an HR Generalist Role

  • Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations as they pertain to the Human Resources field

  • Experience with change management

  • Experience in having responsibility in supporting 500+ employees

  • Ability to work supporting employees and leaders completely remote

  • Proven success working under minimal supervision

  • Experience with UltiPro (UKG) Payroll/HR system

  • Compensation research and job description publication experience

To ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and/or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Ciox Human Resources and determined on a case-by-case basis.
