PAPE’ RENTS – CLACKAMAS, OR

RENTAL SERVICE SHOP LEAD: This position will be responsible for the daily operation of the Clackamas Rental Service Shop and communicating with the various department coordinators on current and upcoming service needs. Will ensure rental shop completes repairs in an efficient and safe manner and prioritize work with the Shop Supervisor. Will also provide knowledge on all cross training when possible to get mechanics up to speed on all product lines serviced by Pape’.

Must be assertive, a self-starter and capable of mentoring apprentice technicians as well as supporting established technicians. Leadership experience is a plus but not a requirement. Must have experience working on Genie, Skyjack, Hyster, Yale and Doosan equipment. Ability to communicate and encourage safe working practices in fast paced work environment a must. Looking for a candidate that works well under pressure and is flexible with demands.
