Rite-Hite Holding Corporation is looking for a Manager of Information Security to work across the organization, including all areas of the I.T. department, operating company management, international locations, and, as needed, vendors and customers, to balance the needs of information security with operational efficiency. Position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Required: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Security, Risk or Cybersecurity and three years of experience in the alternative occupation of Information Security Analyst/DevOps. In lieu of Master's Degree, employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Security, Risk or Cybersecurity and five years of experience in the alternative occupation of Information Security Analyst/DevOps.  In addition, the following specific skills are required:

• 5 years (3 years with Master's Degree) experience providing information security services for a company with 1,000 or more users with enterprise-wide software systems;


• 5 years (3 years with Master's Degree) experience with information security and architecture;


• 5 years (3 years with Master's Degree) experience with either SOC2, NIST, Hightrust or ISO27001;


• 5 years (3 years with Master's Degree) experience with Data Governance and Risk Compliance;


• 5 years (3 years with Master's Degree) experience with policy, standards, and process creation;


• 5 years (3 years with Master's Degree) experience with disaster/business continuity planning;


• 5 years (3 years with Master's Degree) experience with endpoint protection solutions;


• Must be certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC);


• Must be Certified Information Security Manager (CISM);


• 10% domestic travel required.
