The Duplication of Benefits /Verification of Benefits personnel will be directly involved in identifying and verifying benefits for eligible homeowners. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and collateral to documentation

  • Provides financial control information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

  • Creates updates and reports to effectively communicate the progress of the program

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:



  • Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of Excel, Audit/Accounting/Finance

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in an executive setting

  • Ability to effectively manage projects and conduct successful meetings

Qualifications:



  • A BS degree in Accounting or Business with a focus on Audit; Finance and Economics degrees will be considered

  • Office suite skills, specifically in Excel

  • 2-5 years of experience with strategy, analytics and project management
