Job Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator, US

The US Events and Marketing Coordinator will support the country is responsible for planning and executing a comprehensive range of Marketing activities to drive growth and promote the DHL Brand.  In this role you will assist in managing all activities related to event coordination, promotion and marketing activities that drive global and local initiatives.

This position is located in our Portland, OR facility and will also oversee launch planning and execution for new services and campaigns with product and solutions. As well as, creating and designing collateral, flyers and promotional materials.

Key Qualifications and Attributes include:

• University degree with a focus in marketing, communications and/or project management


• Experience and demonstrated success in the coordination of events, marketing field, Project management


• Solid MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to get familiar with new systems easy


• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign tools


• Strong communicator, flexible, creative and motivated


• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills


• Excellent English both spoken and written


• Able to drive initiatives individually and at the same time work as part of a team


• Data analysis and reporting experience
