Job Description:

Catalyst is a large-scale, multi-year initiative established to transform the way our front-office users manage their relationships with our clients. Focused on innovation, simplification and the power of the Salesforce application, Catalyst will elevate operational efficiency, unify teams to solve critical gaps, and empower users to deliver the best solutions for our clients.

The Project Catalyst Process and Experience team is responsible for simplifying and improving our sales processes and experiences so our front-line users can focus on the more important things, our clients.

The team is looking for an energetic professional who has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and conceptualizing solutions to address pain points. In this role you will partner closely with subject-matter-experts across the business to analyze current state processes and experiences, design and test potential solutions, work closely with peers to prototype designed solutions and assist with the development and implementation of target state processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop a strong understanding of business and sales processes
  • Work with subject-matter-experts to develop current state process and journey maps
  • Use best practices to identifying key areas of opportunity
  • Gather, model, and analyze data to test hypotheses, identify trends and key insights
  • Actively participate and at times, lead team problem-solving sessions
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and refine target state recommended solutions for improvement
  • Partner with UX designers to prototype agreed upon recommendations
  • Produce presentation materials to summarize findings / recommendations and take part in syndication efforts
  • Partner with stakeholders and other team members to develop, refine, and launch implementation plans
  • Establish excellent relationships with internal clients and partners

Preferred Qualifications


  • 4+ years relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy and/or client-facing experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience with complex transformation initiatives
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Visio skills
  • Previous process redesign experience, is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, is a plus
  • BA / BS degree
  • Location: Chicago or Dallas
