Job Description:

As a Vendor & Partner Relationship and Delivery Manager associate you will be responsible for managing Supplier portfolio and Partner engagements for CRE digital and New Business Ventures team. The role will analyze, onboard, life cycle manage and disengage as appropriate all Third-Party and non-Third-Party relationships entered into with the CRE Digital and New Business Venture organizations.

  • Core functional responsibilities and expectations include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manage, monitor and track portfolio of Third-Party Supplier's compliance to firm wide Third-Party Oversight program Standards and Policies.
  • Disposition Standard Process vs. Alternate Process engagements (e.g., Compass, Specialized Service Categories, etc.).
  • Coordinate and monitor all new and existing TPO engagements through the TPO 3-Phase lifecycle.
  • Manage Non-TPO engagements according to Out of Scope processes in partnership with LOB Legal, Controls, and Compliance teams.
  • Ensure all due diligence is completed and documented according to the firm wide and LOB policy and procedures.
  • Work effectively with Core Business Teams, Legal, Control, Compliance and all GSS functional teams to ensure appropriate vendor oversight.
  • Assist in managing delivery dates for all remediation plans, non-compliance acceptances, TPR reviews, ACA reviews and Corporate TPO deliverables.
  • Assist with updating existing LOB processes flows and procedures for managing Third Party and Out of Scope engagements.

  • Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years related business experience, with TPO, Vendor & Partner engagement and on-going management experience and / or subject matter expertise strongly preferred. Program and project management skills, including written and verbal presentation skills to a wide variety of senior managers across an organization. Stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to interact with middle/senior management. Ability to develop and lead initiatives in a cross line of business organization, build rapport, and garner respect in a collaborative cross-cultural environment. Proactive approach to problem solving and issues management. Analytical skills and experience building metric based solutions. Advanced ability to process and analyze data using Excel, Word and other tools. Proven ability to identify, document, and implement best practices within a centralized team and across a global environment.

    Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and TPO / partner management experience.
