About this position: The Product Sales Specialist Associate of the Cross Line of Business (XLOB) Partnership Team will serve as a Credit Card expert and will be responsible for working with Bankers to drive branch growth and deepening with Card and the Consumer Bank. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for helping branch Bankers deliver new Credit Card accounts within the branches. The Product Sales Specialist will act as a Card Services Subject Matter Expert in the field and conduct hands-on workshop sessions in branches to ensure Bankers are well-versed and confident when offering credit card products to customers in branch. They will develop and lead Credit Card trainings for Bankers and share updated content on an ongoing basis so that Bankers continuously have access to the latest credit card product information. A key focus of the role is to be a coach for the field and to help Bankers understand and communicate how Chase Card products are best in class and can help solve for our customers' needs. The Product Sales Specialist will meet with Bankers in the South division's branch network frequently for in-person meetings and trainings, to answer questions, and act as a communication liaison for Banker and customer feedback and areas of improvement to the Card Services organization. The Product Sales Specialist will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Bankers on an ongoing basis, ensuring that Bankers are knowledgeable and have access to crucial information about Card products and services being offered in branch.
In addition, the Product Sales Specialist will also engage with Market, Regional and Divisional directors in the South division and attend their ongoing meetings and forums. Similarly, the Product Sales Specialist will integrate with the Consumer Bank organization to ensure continued partnership across the Card Services and Consumer Bank lines of business.
Travel expectations: 60-70% of the month
