Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves consumers and small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others.
CCB Risk Modeling is a centralized team working across the CCB businesses to develop and improve risk models. The team develops a range of models using logistic and Machine Learning techniques including: application scores, pricing models, customer strategy (balance transfer, line assignment), collections, CCAR loss forecasting and stress testing, and Fraud models.
In this role you will interact directly with the Head of CCB Risk Modeling and the senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include preparing and providing thought leadership on materials prepared for senior management by analyzing emerging issues/risks, working with stakeholders across the organization to perform analysis and pull the information together, storyboarding content, and transforming ideas and concepts into clear concise presentations. The position requires strong writing, reporting, analytical, and organizational skills and must execute the following objectives:
