WAREHOUSE HELPER: Position will perform general warehouse duties, including locating and providing parts to customers, mechanics and shipping personnel. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Receiving stock orders from suppliers.
Putting parts away.
Shipping parts out using UPS, Fed Ex and LTL carriers.
Pulling parts to fill customer orders, counter parts requests, services department requests and other Papé Sales Company location requests.
Operating forklift, hydraulic jack and using hand trucks to move parts.
May be required to order parts through use of computer, fax and/or telephone.
Processing cores on exchange components.
Processing warranty claims on parts.
Processing parts returns, re-shelving, and issuing appropriate credit memos.
Fill in for parts drivers when necessary.
Maintain a clean, neat working area.
Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety policies.
Requires familiarity with the operation of a lift truck. Current driver’s license with a good driving record required. Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
