What will I be doing:

The Senior Manager, Supply Management Technology Platforms will have the exciting opportunity of developing and leading HSM’s groundbreaking Portal environments, including the Salesforce CRM platform, available to both external and internal HSM partners. You will execute project plans and implement new technology solutions for the full suite of Technology Platforms and the integration between HSM’s Technology Platforms with other Hilton systems, such as PeopleSoft and Coupa. Additionally, this role will develop and drive strategy to support HSM’s digital transformation roadmap and business growth.

More specifically, you will:


  • Collaborate with internal teams to build processes and workflows on suitable platforms to drive powerful experiences.

  • Own the end-to-end development cycle of technical projects, direct a team that will design, develop, and maintain tech platforms and other related tools, drive application releases and improved functionalities, and participates in user acceptance testing.

  • Experiment with and learn new technologies; occasionally write or review functional requirement documents, technical design documents, and standard operating procedures, and code or evaluate code for application development.

  • Support the implementation of HSM’s digital communication strategies through website development or other digital platform configurations.

  • Monitor technical performance of all Technology Platforms, work to resolve and/or escalate to IT for resolution as required.

  • Conduct investigations and analyses to provide recommendations regarding technology improvements, development standard methodologies, standardization, and upgrades.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:


  • Three (3) years of related experience in one or more of the following: system architecture, data science, system development, or information system management

  • Salesforce Development and Administrator experience or Certification

  • In-depth understanding of data security and complex IT policies

  • Travel up to 10% of the time

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:


    • Master of Science in Computer Science, Management of Information System, Statistics, or Math, or MBA

    • Two (2) years of Managerial experience

    • Website or SharePoint development and administrator experience or Certification

    • SQL and Database development skills, and BI platform experience

    • Solid understanding of supply chain as it relates to hospitality-related supplies and services

    For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $81,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
